No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
