About SUNDANCER APARTMENTS
Sundancer is a quaint little community located in South Auburn with 3 buildings and just 44 apartment homes. Our community offers large 1 bedrooms and 2 bedroom 1.5 baths. We are located within minutes to Game Farm Park, Auburn Mall, several schools, grocery stores and much more. Each building offers an updated laundry room that will soon feature machines that utilize an app on your phone and allows card payments for your convenience.
Large one and two bedroom homes that feature a modern appeal with newer all white cabinetry, luxury flooring and ample living space. Every home has a ton of cabinet and closet space! Each apartment also has a personal patio or balcony for you to relax on during those better weather days.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Electricity is billed and paid through Puget Sound Energy which you setup in your name prior to move in. Water/sewer/trash is billed to residents monthly by us at a flat rate per month starting at $95, increased depending on occupant count.
