Sunnybrae Apartments offers spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments in a cozy community setting.
All units have a private entry, patio or balcony and spacious layouts. All of our units are now fully renovated! Our new kitchens have a modern style with dual colored kitchen cabinets, new granite counter and bar tops, beautiful laminate flooring, newly tiled bathrooms and carpet in our bedrooms. Our floor plans also come equipped with stainless-steel refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers. You can enjoy outdoor space, upper floor units have balconies and lower floor units have a patio. All units have spacious floor plans with plenty of windows for natural lighting. Sunnybrae Apartments has laundry onsite and a swimming pool open during the summer months. Our friendly, on-site management and maintenance team ensures that your experience is the finest lifestyle possible!
