Sunset Creek offers affordable apartments and townhouse-style units in a park-like setting. Newly painted and updated units include full-size kitchens including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and ranges, bathrooms with tub/shower, plenty of closet space. Each home also has a private balcony or patio.
Community amenities include a community room and BBQ area, computer lab, playgrounds, onsite laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The community also has onsite management and maintenance. Other amenities include an onsite Head Start Center for early childhood education, and connection to community services.
Sunset Creek is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, Jelly Belly Candy Factory, Scandia Family Center, and the Travis Air Force Base. Take advantage of walking paths and playgrounds at Dover Park, or enjoy hiking or fishing at the Peytonia Slough Ecological Reserve.
