For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. There is a no-smoking policy in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals, allowing only ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators facing a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. The minimum age requirement for check-in from March 1st to May 1st is 25 years old, and travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for safety and protection, but there are no cameras inside the property. Beach towels are not provided.
