This two-bedroom apartment has a roomy open design that flows from room to room. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, and in most units a dishwasher. When cooking meals in the evening, you'll notice how easy it is to maneuver and move around. The living room has direct access to an outside balcony in the upper units, and to a patio in the lower units that is great for relaxing during those nice summer evenings. The numerous windows allow a lot of sun to flow through the apartment. Each apartment comes with air conditioning. On-site there are washers and dryers to make doing laundry more convenient. New windows have been installed in the past few years to make the apartments more energy efficient.
The rent includes heating, water, sewer, hot water, gas, and trash services, as well as lawn maintenance and snow removal. Tenants cover the electricity costs.
Parking is limited to 1 guaranteed space per apartment.
