The West Branch of the Net River is most of the properties west and southern boundary. It has approximately 3000 feet of frontage along this river. DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY: From the "Welcome to L'Anse" sign take US 41 south 12.2 miles to the US 41/M28 junction. Turn right on M 28 and go 7.0 miles to Ford Road. Turn left on Ford Road and go 2.2 miles to the second Pit Road (this turn is 1/2 miles past the first Pit Road). Turn left on the second Pit Road (fire numbers 26245, 26699, 27191, and 27730) and go 2.0 miles through the gravel pit to the ATV/Snowmobile bridge over the Net River. Walk approximately .7 miles on this road. Cut into the woods on the left side of the road and go west through State of Michigan property (no road) and go .2 miles to the listed property.
