Welcome to The Butte, a cozy retreat in the heart of Gillette. Here, the rugged charm of the Wild West meets modern comfort and elevated design. Opening in early 2026, The Butte features nine floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, washer and dryer, a private balcony, and a walk-in closet.
