THE COMMONS is nestled on 16th Street in the heart of Gainesville. Our community is within walking distance to UF Health, the Veterinarian School, the VA Hosipital, and UF Dental School. We are a short drive to Butler Plaza and the newly expanded Butler Plaza North and Town Center featuring Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Publix, CVS Pharmacy, PF Chang’s and The Cheescake Factory.
One and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 745 to 985 square feet. Our renovated apartment homes come with upgraded kitchens including updated cabinetry and countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
