About This Floor Plan

Plan 3 features a spacious 3-car garage that provides entry into the first-floor living spaces. The large pantry/laundry room combo is adjacent to the garage entrance and behind the kitchen and dining area. The open-concept great room features a modern island with room for at least four people. The almost 20-foot ceiling in the great room heightens the sense of space.
