Welcome to The Lux, your next dream home! We offer a variety modern floorplans that cater to a wide range of renters. Looking for something comfy & cozy? Check out our open studio layouts! Or if a studio sounds a little too cozy, we also offer one-bedrooms (Psst- if you like to work from home, ask about options that come with a den!). Moving a family to the area or plan on having a roommate? We offer several different two-bedroom layouts as well. All units come decked out with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and high-end finishes like granite counter tops and solid wood cabinetry- no Laminate coatings here! Speaking of being decked out, we also offer limited floorplans that feature deck and patio options. On-site storage as well as secured parking in the garage is available at an additional fee (asking a staff member for pricing). Amenities such as the play ground, gym, game room, and lounge are all free-access to residents! We also would like to extend an early invitation to you to check out our on-site restaurant and coffee shop coming in 2024!
