One of our newest home plans, the Spruce is designed with open space and flexibility in mind. A ranch plan, the Spruce features 1773 square feet of flexible living space.

Enter the Spruce home through your front porch or through the two-car garage, immediately finding the mudroom to your left. The conveniently located mudroom includes a coat closet and an optional bench. This room is great for organizing shoes and coats in once place for easy retrieval. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll walk into the free-flowing main living area which combines the family room, dining room, and kitchen into one bright, airy space. The kitchen is a culinary dream and includes a spacious island, double sink, wide counters on either side of the oven, and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen transitions into the dining room, which opens to the rear of the home through a sliding door.

From the family room, a short hall leads to the main level laundry room and the owner-suite. Designed for privacy and peace, the owner-suite includes a generous bedroom separated from the other bedrooms on the main level, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. Downstairs, you can choose to finish your basement.
