We are a smoke-free and pet friendly building and offer both market rate and income restricted apartments with different levels of affordability so qualification will depend on the number of people in the household and total income. Student Eligibility: Students may apply to market rate units. To qualify for affordable units, at least one household member must be a part-time or nonstudent, or meet an exemption (e.g., single independent parent, receiving Aid to Families with Dependent Children, participating in an assisted job training program, or having previously received Foster Care support).
