The Vista is not just a place to live - it is an entire living experience. With 21 floors of lakefront living space, The Vista offers each resident gorgeous views of Lake Erie or the greater Euclid community. In 2021, The Vista went under new management and began renovations. The addition of a brand new package center and state of the art fitness center add to the "Resort Style" living that we offer our residents. Located just 10 minutes from Cleveland, The Vista residents enjoy a short commute Downtown for exciting sporting events, shopping, and nightlife, as well as a quick commute to all eastern suburbs. - Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- ID's for everyone over 18 who will be living in the suite
- Application fee of $35 per adult
- Monthly income must be 3x the monthly rent amount
- You must pass a criminal background check
- We do not accept any evictions, rental collections, and any bankruptcies must be discharged
- You must have a credit score of 575 or higher
- You must have one year of verifiable rental history
