- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- ID's for everyone over 18 who will be living in the suite
- Application fee of $35 per adult
- Monthly income must be 3x the monthly rent amount
- You must pass a criminal background check
- We do not accept any evictions, rental collections, and any bankruptcies must be discharged
- You must have a credit score of 575 or higher
- You must have one year of verifiable rental history
