Non-assisted market rate units. A separate waiting list for each bedroom size unit is maintained by the Marion Housing Authority. Occupancy standards determine which waiting list an applicant may apply for. Each applicant shall be assigned their appropriate place on the waiting list based upon the date of application and factors affecting preference or priority established by the Public Housing Authority rules and regulations.
