The small unfinished cabin close to the lake has a bed, counters for the start of a kitchen are and lots of potential for a bunk house for guest overflow or for a peaceful entertaining area closer to the lake. The heat source for the small cabin is unknown.
There's a large shop that sits up higher on the property that has a barrel wood stove for heat and plenty of room for working on your Alaskan toys. There's also a sauna and a couple storage sheds on the property
