Trio's fresh design and smart use of space sets our floor-plans apart. All studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes include a spacious private balcony, washer/dryer in home, large windows, and ample storage space. All residents have access to additional storage on every floor, free bike storage, 24/7 fitness center, open community room with complimentary coffee, off-street and indoor heated garage parking, as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Trio's on-site team provides concierge-level services 6 days/week, from package delivery to assistance in maintenance requests.
