We enjoy this house because it has Two family rooms, which makes it easy for the children to enjoy TV or games in one room, while adults are relaxing in the other. The bedrooms are upstairs and out of the way from the noise and activities that are taking place on the main level, which makes getting peace and quiet easier. Having a laundry chute upstairs , it is a simple convenience, which makes the daunting task of carrying laundry downstairs obsolete. The laundry chute goes directly into a cabinet over the washer and dryer on 1st floor. We enjoy our expansive yard which has been great for BBQ'S, children playing and other outdoor activities. Because our house is in the country it is a very quiet, relaxing setting with little traffic. We enjoy watching all the wildlife such as deer that f equent the fields behind our house. We've always enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching storms in the distance and having a cup of coffee in the morning as the sun rises. There has been plenty of space on the porch for any of the porch furniture we've wanted to put there. Many updates such as carpet in family room.
