The home is set back from the street, making it one of the 3 homes with an extra long driveway.
The recently double-insulated garage has a 6 foot extension and is like a warehouse..easily fitting 2 cars with plenty of room for storage~has high ceilings, a custom built-in wood storage unit with adjustable shelves, and in back, the storage area for the water heater has been walled-in, finished w/a door and light, and custom shelving installed so it is useable as a utility room or larger second pantry. Hot and cold water were run into the garage for the utility sink, so later the washer could be moved into the garage (must still install the correct outlet for the dryer), leaving an extra room for computer station, sewing room or garden center.
Inside, the home has Central Vac, upgraded tile, upgraded cabinets and wall paper by an interior designer, tinted 3-M windows. Music is piped throughout the home including the master shower and back patio. It has an alarm system, newer air conditioner compressor, a new computer mother board, and fresh-air unit put in. The entire home has been recently double and triple-insulated, and all duct work sealed. Other added features are custom shelving, pull-out drawers, and closet rods in closets and cabinets. The home has an amazing open split floor-plan with cathedral ceilings and large windows looking into a they beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is one of the best and the neighbors in the cul-de-sac are awesome!
The front and back yard are very large. No pesticides or herbicides are used so it is an amazing space filled w/birds and butterflies which are practically tame. So much wildlife visits the neighbors call it "Wild Kingdom". Many additional trees and bushes provide flowers, fruit, nuts or fronds. Amongst them a Black Mission and Brown Turkey Fig, Santa Rosa Plum, Apricot, Pistachio, butterfly bush, Oleander, and flowering desert bushes...A custom brick patio was added that would be perfect for a hot tub or built in brick bar-b-que. This is The ultimate relaxing party house!
