Cabin is winterized and has 2 Polaris snowmobiles that the owner is including for winter access. This cabin has its own winter water supply. Cabin is heated with either the fireplace wood insert or forced air heating with a 1100 gal propane tank. This unique area offers one of California's best sailing lakes. Cabin includes a boat slip. Other activities include fishing, kayaking, jet skis, hiking, snowmobiling, horseback riding and snow skiing. This is one of the nicest cabins in the area.
