~ Large Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with for a nice meal: pots and pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, basic spices, bakeware, and more! We have a relationship with a chef that you could hire for personal use.
~ Two outstanding, UNIQUE coffee bars with a wide array of assortment coffees with Keurig maker and more to enjoy while you watch the sunrise from your bedroom window, or even during a relaxing night in the hot tub under the stars.
~ Three living rooms is equipped with a built-in floor-to-ceiling tile fireplace feature focal point where a 58" mounted t.v. above to enjoy your evenings relaxing on the oversized 3 brand-new sofa-SLEEPER sectional. Dining at the bar counter or having a more formal dinner at the table, has more than enough space to offer.
~In our Man/Kid Cave you can also watch the game (2) 60 Inch big screen TV, play a multitude of XBox 360 and Playstation 4 games, or enjoy some friendly competition as you challenge your friends and family to a game of basketball, shuffleboard, foosball, corn hole, and ping pong. ~ The bathrooms are fully modernized with HIS and HERS floating vanities with under lighting, a perfectly designed piece-by-piece tiled glass shower giving much space needed.
~ Two Brand-New Hot Tub located in the backyard with easy private access to enjoy after a hike or a day of shopping. To add some extra enjoyment and beauty to your evening of relaxation, you can use the 3 propane firepits. Please make sure you turn the fireplace off before you go back inside, if it is left on it can be a fire hazard.

Outdoor Areas
The outdoor spaces that surround the home are truly brilliant! All with breathtaking views, you'll find multiple balconies. In the back yard, you will find green turf great for yoga/meditation area, Ping Pong Table, Basketball game, Corn Hole and 3 propane BBQ grills. Gather around the 3 large fire pits for some conversation, soak in the multiple private hot tubs, or relax in the many lounge chairs throughout the property while enjoying the soaring views.
