The deck faces north, is covered most of the way to the railing so it is not in the blazing sun and can be utilized year-round. The views of Wilson Mountain from there are spectacular sunrise to sunset! To the east the Mogollon Rim is in view with Snoopy Rock and to the West the view is "nose on" to Coffeepot Rock with Thunder Mountain behind.
The second bedroom upstairs has its own small private deck big enough for a chaise lounge and a table or for two chairs and a bistro table. viewing the stars from this deck is magnificent and in the early morning there are often deer wandering through the common area/garden.
The house has a built-in security system which can be leveraged into smart home technology, an interior fire sprinkler system throughout and wired in speaker system for music in the main room as well as in the office.
The office with its beautiful built in bookcase wall has a view of Snoopy Rock and through its double glass doors the art gallery hallway can be viewed.
There is only one other home in Les Springs with a lovely red rock wall like ours in the driveway.
Two gas fireplaces on in the living room with a raised hearth, the other in the master is a kiva with a remote control to set it to go off after you've fallen asleep.
There is a large closet beneath the stairway and a room with the water heater etc. for more storage downstairs as well as a crawl space.
