Designed by renowned architects, Design Group, a two year restoration and remodel was completed in 2012. In part, this renovation was to achieve a 600 sq. ft. expansion of view filled space. The result is a seamless integration with the interior and the forest service behind and Sedona's iconic red rocks.

Immersion at this property provides an essence of tranquility and seclusion, unique in that the location is the middle of Sedona. The home is surrounded by multiple outdoor living areas including two water gardens. The homeowners have created something so magical and so stunning that finding a property like this is very rare.

A media room anchors the semi-circular kitchen bar to the open living space yielding red rock views of grand proportions. On axis with the living room fireplace, a gallery of glass doors and windows extend to unite the great room with the patio. There you will find an outdoor barbecue and dining area and oh-so-tempting hot tub from which to watch the indigenous wildlife in a natural habitat and the sun play on the red rock monoliths as the moments of the day lazily tick by.

From the great room a staircase ascends to the loft/office which holds even higher views of the forested landscape below and the surrounding windows provide a treehouse affect offering incomparable views.

A master suite wing is devoted to a relaxation room that opens fully onto the forest service side patio. An art hallway, from here, joins the space to a fireplace enhanced sitting and private media room. Wood blinds and coffered ceilings with ambient light create a cool and calm mood just outside the master bedroom suite for reading, tv viewing or a mid-day nap. The master suite has a full wall of glass to view the red rocks and forestry and, once patio doors open, one-two-three steps and you can be up to the neck in the soothing jetted waters of the deck hot tub.
