Wow, what a location, less than a mile from UNR, this home has great potential for growth. It is zoned MF14 so you can add a unit in the back and have an extra income property. There is an additional 995 sq. feet unfinished basement, which offers great storage and laundry area. Beautiful newly remodeled bathroom. Seller says there are hardwood floors under the carpet in some rooms (but it is painted and would have to strip to bring back to original beauty). Open house Sunday October 11th at 12-3 pm., The kitchen is quaint and original, and has plenty of room for a small table, and there is a large dining area off the kitchen that leads to the basement and back door. If you don't need the third bedroom it would make a terrific extra family room. Quite a few items have been upgraded. The sewer line was replaced in 2006, the gas furnace was replaced in 2014, as was the water heater. The roof is between 8 and 10 years old. Most windows were replaced with white vinyl, but in the dining area they are still original wood windows. The bathroom was remodeled in 2013.
