Property was under contract for 6 weeks and fell through because Buyer did not qualify for loan. It is a value unmatched. And today 1/13/20, I just got word that the second contract has fallen through. This property has never been on the market for a week without a "good" contract! We've had inspections and an appraisal. Crown molding and lots of "niceities." There are not many properties remaining that are this nice and for any price in the $80's. The drain field was replaced in summer of 2016. The roof was replaced in 10/2019 Central Heat and Air Conditioning replaced approx. 8/2018. Carpet replaced approx. summer 2017. Range/Oven replaced approx. 2016. Upstairs sliding glass door replaced 10/19. Annual termite inspection done approx. 10/2019. Convenient access to Interstate 10 and 110. The seller says there was at one time an association, but it has ceased to exist. The road is privately owned by the "association." Confirm square footage.
