Property was under contract for 6 weeks and fell through because Buyer did not qualify for loan. It is a value unmatched. And today 1/13/20, I just got word that the second contract has fallen through. This property has never been on the market for a week without a "good" contract! We've had inspections and an appraisal. Crown molding and lots of "niceities." There are not many properties remaining that are this nice and for any price in the $80's.
