About 50th & Roosevelt
50th & Roosevelt is conveniently located in U-District. All apartments include a full-size laundry washer and dryer and a full kitchen including a dishwasher. Some units have a balcony included. Secured underground parking, rooftop grills, and instant-on gigabit fiber internet are also available. Pets are welcome and there is no "Pet Rent".
Pre-leasing for Fall 2026 leases have a fixed lease from September 14th, 2026 to August 31st, 2027.
