This is a short-term (1-3/4 months) rental opportunity, beginning May 2025 through approximately October 2025. The place is recently and lightly furnished with basic necessities and is occupied by the house's new owner. The ideal renter is a responsible person with a provable ability to pay, positive rental /ownership history, who needs a temporary place to live for reasons including: waiting for their house's construction to be completed; in the area for a temporary work assignment, visiting a relative in the area, or considering a move here etc. Please note that the furnishings cannot be moved, nor is there any storage to store furniture of the renter so they must also be light on their feet so to speak. Tenant would be responsible for electricity.
