After living in the Howard County suburbs for a number of years, the family thought they might head down to old town to see what it was all about. What they found was the perfect blend of old and new in a great restored home, walking distance to shopping and dining along Main Street, an incredible school district and convenient Baltimore and Washington commute. We have adored this home with all of the light and updated features and how it blends perfectly with the old-world flooring and restored features. I feel like we live in a tree house with views that change each season, she says, recalling fond memories of watching the leaves change and fall on the hillside from the kitchen window for the first time in Fall and then Spring approaching with the set-up of the first farmer market. And all of the weekends filled with shopping, festivals and local events without the need for driving, has really made it a dream.
