There are two homeowner associations at Junipine:
1. THE HOA aka POA "Property Owners Association" for all 50 townhomes each townhome owner has one vote and this association is mandatory (nothing to do with rentals) Fees are $660. a month for association dues and $3,500 for an annual capital assessment.
The monthly HOA dues include:
