A great place to live! Webster Apartments offers a rich historical exterior appearance yet offers all the conveniences of a fully updated and modern interior. When you are looking for a safe, extremely quiet apartment building, then Webster Apartments is the place for you to call home. Each apartment unit is different from the next. No cookie cutter designs here. Almost every unit has a balcony or patio.
The lease terms are for an initial 1 year, then we offer month to month leases. We are a non smoking property, and we have a no pet policy. The heat, water, sewer, and garbage is included in the rent. You pay for your own electric costs.
