Parcel is mostly all high ground, and in an excellent location for privacy and wildlife. There was a forest fire that affected the parcel a couple of years ago. Some areas were burned substantially, and others not much, if at all. Many of the big white pines were unaffected. There was a cabin and a couple of outbuildings that were lost in the fire. The forest in the affected areas is re-growing quickly and should attract lots of wildlife. Great location near the BWCAW!!
