A central park provides recreation space, and shopping centers are just a short drive away. “The neighborhood is an older development with great homes," says Susan Bermudez, a Realtor with LPT Realty and a local since 1999. "[The area] is just south of Mesa Gateway Airport, so you’ll hear planes, but it’s in a great location and not directly in the flight path.” Families with school-aged children are drawn to the neighborhood, mainly due to its highly rated school district. Specialty lattes, breakfast sandwiches and plenty of seating make it a popular spot for students. Queen Creek Marketplace is 2 miles away and features a multiplex movie theater, Target and Trader Joe’s.
