A neighborhood of Berks County, Pennsylvania, Liggett lies just outside of the boroughs of West Reading and Wyomissing. Both are popular spots in the Reading area, and the Liggett neighborhood features proximity to both, but at lower average home prices. Though the neighborhood lacks sidewalks, residents can still be seen out for walks on the lightly trafficked streets. Many houses don’t have driveways, meaning on-street parking is the norm here. Fortunately, curb parking is plentiful. Single-family houses typically cost between $180,000 and $300,000.
