Always made prompt contact and showed up on time for all appointments. He helped us navigate through every aspect of the deal. He didn't waste our time with properties he knew we would not like. He took the time to ask the right questions and really noticed details that helped in the search. He never once complained or made us feel unimportant, even though I know he had an extremely busy schedule and was dealing with many clients at once.
