Amy helped to find us our dream home! Her knowledge of the area is extensive. We searched through Collier and Lee counties. She was always prompt with communication and responses. Focused Listener
Amy keeps her focus totally on her clients. You will never think that her mind is on anything else but finding your dream property. Negotiating a real estate deal from New Jersey to Florida felt like an impossible undertaking for me; however, I trusted this realtor so totally that I bought my condo after a facetime tour of the condo with her color commentary throughout which proved to me that she was listening to all my “wants” and “needs” from introductory conversations we had had.

Tech Savvy
As an older non-tech savvy woman, I was very anxious about closing via computer, but Amy ‘s patience and graciousness eliminated my anxiety, and made the entire process a stress-free celebration. Amy had my signed documents to me the day of the closing.

Empathetic
Amy is able to read people and solve an issue before it becomes an issue. When driving me around on my first exploration of condo communities, she was able to detect when I was feeling overwhelmed, Amy suggested a break in the action and we reviewed what we had seen. After the break, I was refreshed enough to continue the search with a clear head.

Thorough
This realtor knows her “stuff” - from spotting trouble spots in a walk through of a property to
observing a seller’s attempt to obscure an issue.

Negotiator
Amy is attuned to the fluctuations in the market, and in my case made sure that I was not overpaying for my property; she made it clear to the seller that I would not engage in a bidding war - that my offer was my offer.

Meticulous follow-through
On the day of the final inspection, Amy had me on the phone as the condo was being inspected and she had the inspectors give me an oral report throughout. Following the inspection, she had my air conditioning completely cleaned and refreshed as well as the garbage disposal. The day before the closing, Amy did a drive by with me to assess the progress the sellers had made in moving out and clearing the yard of their belongings, and the day of the closing she did her own walk through, and tried all the keys to make sure that I was not missing any. She also assisted me in getting the electricity and water turned on in my name as well as getting all the documentation that I needed.

Affiliations
Perhaps because of her involvement in so many local and state real estate groups - or perhaps because of her sparkling personality, this woman has more connections- and each entity has nothing but high praises for her. Need a plumber? Amy has one . Need a handyman? An electrician? Amy has one - who will come when he says and will definitely not overcharge you.

I am so glad some friends of mine in Fort Myers introduced me to Amy. I had been looking for a condo that met my needs, and my budget, and in a neighborhood not too far from them. Amy kept her eyes open and found me just that place. She made the whole process easy for me. I actually bought this place while I was in NHC recovering from Knee replacement. She told me about the place, sent video and pictures and my friends went with her for the showing. I bought it and closed on it,, and just this weekend, actually walked through it for the first time. Anybody who doesn't have Amy as their Realtor doesn't have the best. There are a lot of good and even great Realtors out there, but nobody comes close to the professionalism and expertise and care that Amy puts into her work. Literally, from start to finish, (and, oh, what a ride it was,) she was there with her extensive knowledge of what to do, what to expect, and how to proceed. If there did so happen to be something she didn't know, (which was amazingly rare considering all there is to know in her business,) she learned it for us!
