We relocated from Wisconsin to the Coachella Valley. Our agent from Wisconsin connected us with Monica as we would need a Real Estate Professional in the valley. Monica immediately reached out and helped us line up a temporary rental while we looked for our home. After a long 3 day drive from WI to CA, she checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed when we arrived. What a warm welcome to the region. Thank you Monica.

From Day 1 of meeting with Monica and Amirah, their professionalism and work ethic prevailed in helping us navigate a nightmare of a housing market. After several viewings of several houses and many offers submitted, our perfect home was locked in and we have our home. Where do I start? I found myself with a tight deadline to purchase a house after my landlord wanted to sell in an unprecedented market where 15-30 offers were going in per house. I previously worked with another realtor and found myself losing offer after offer. Due to some changes, I was able to open up my search to the Coachella Valley, but I had lost a lot of time and my deadline was even tighter and things were getting dire.

I found Amirah and Monica and they went to work for me instantly. Working with them made me realize where my other agent was lacking. While I looked for listings, they also sent me anything they thought could work for my needs, they were very honest about pros and cons of each home, they got to showings quickly, they were very thorough about discussing custom winning strategies for each offer, and that included being proactive and talking to seller's agents. This was all important as my search for a home was remote and I needed strong advocates. They got on the phone quickly whenever I had a question or concern. My other realtor just wasn't this proactive or strategic. The result was we found the perfect home for us and had a smooth closing process and move-in days before my lease was up! I have zero doubt that this was due to me choosing to work with this team.
