Annamarie worked with us to find a home to purchase during spring of 2023 while the market was definitely in favor of sellers. She worked tirelessly to show us houses in our price range and handle offers. She was so quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. She has an extensive understanding of not just real estate in general, but also had the experience to expertly handle the nuancesy and inside knowledge needed in a tricky real estate market. She also connected us to a lender that was just as hard working, professional, and responsive as Annamarie. Best realtor ever!! After searching for a home and getting outbid for over 2 years in this crazy market, we found Anna on “accident” and we are forever grateful! Not only did she help us find our home within a couple months, but her work ethic and experience is unmatched! As a working mom of 2 she understood my availability was limited and was always accommodating- would even offer to keep an eye on my little ones while I toured homes- which I appreciate more than she’ll ever know! She is reputable with many connections and went above & beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted in the area we wanted. She knows how to put together a competitive offer yet was very open about not wanting us to overpay despite it being a hot market. Anna was always very honest, never pressuring and we felt she had our best interest at heart. Even after going under the contract, she made the process easy by keeping in constant communication with the lender, sellers agent, attorneys, insurance agents, etc. which meant there was less I had to do on my end. I’m so happy with how it all tied together. I would choose Anna all over again and recommend her to anyone - especially in the Lombard, Villa park, Glen Ellyn area!

Annamarie was our agent on the sale of our house in Butterfield subdivision in Lombard. She did a fantastic job, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. From the initial consultation, she guided us through the process, listened closely to our wants and needs, and provided us suggestions on small improvements to increase the appeal of the house.

My husband was at the first few minutes of the Open House that Anna set up, and was truly impressed on how she related to potential buyers about the quality schools, parks, and the the wonderful neighborhood. She clearly knows her business and the neighborhoods she sells/buys in.

Additionally, I was really pleased with her responsiveness to phone calls and texts any time or day of the week, including weekends. It was always a pleasure to talk to her. I felt like she was our friend.

As a seller always stressing about the process, she was able to give clear answers and address our concerns.

She is a great ally for her clients, and we are very glad we picked her to sell our home.

We are so thrilled we had the opportunity to work with Anna for the sale of our home. Our intention was to interview a few different realtors. But, when we met with Anna, her wealth of knowledge and experience were a clear indicator that we did not need to interview anyone else. She came prepared with information tailored for us and provided a thorough overview of the current market and comps in our area. Anna had a photographer/videographer at our home within a few days and I was thrilled with the result. The video/photographs showcased our home perfectly. Anna also demonstrated a tremendous amount of integrity during our negotiations with the buyer of our home which only further built our trust with her. She was proactive with communication and quick with responses throughout the entire process. We sold our home within a few hours of listing it and received more than asking price! We had a few special nuances as far as our closing date and Anna was instrumental in negotiating on our behalf. Even after the deal was complete, Anna reached out to check on us a few weeks later and to wish us well. Do not leave the sale of your home in the hands of a rookie or a discount broker. I have no doubt that we would have left money on the table if it weren't for Anna’s industry knowledge and recommendations. Not sure where to start, but to say my family and I are extremely happy with our new home Anna helped us with !!

We met Anna at an Open House on a whim. We just left looking at a home in a neighboring town and figured we would stop in just to look. At this point, we were discouraged after working with another realtor and feeling like we doing more work on our own then they were. We decided to take a break from our first realtor, and glad we did. As soon as we met Anna, it was like a breathe of fresh air. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to put the work in. We decided to work with Anna and we are glad we did.

Not only did we buy our new home with Anna, we also sold our home were in with Anna, and in record time too!

Annamarie was such a pleasure for my wife and I to work with! She was there for us at every step of our first-time home buying journey. She consistently sent us listings based on our needs and followed up without being pushy.
