I found Mr. Adamiat to be very patient and supportive throughout our home search, even as we visited many houses over the course of a year. He clearly explained real estate rules and answered all our questions over numerous calls. Even after our purchase, he remained responsive helping us with things like previous utility bills and other follow-up issues. While I haven’t worked with many agents before, I truly appreciated his professionalism.
