Originally from Peru, Beatriz earned a degree in Education from UNIFÉ (Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón) in Lima, Peru. Her educational background developed the patience, guidance, and communication skills that today complement her sales and negotiation experience, allowing her to guide clients confidently through every step of a real estate transaction.
Having called South Florida home for 30 years, Beatriz has extensive knowledge of the local market, with a strong focus on Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, and Broward County. She also works with clients in the Miami luxury real estate market, representing buyers and sellers of distinctive residences and condominiums.
As a Real Estate Professional with Canvas Real Estate, Beatriz works with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and international clients and also provides property management services. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is especially comfortable helping clients from abroad navigate the South Florida real estate market.
