We were lucky enough to have Bridget work with us for our home search in 2016. She was so patient as our search took about a year with our criteria changing. She is the consummate professional, tells you like it is and is absolutely lovely to deal with. We ended up with our dream home with a perfect lakeview. She also represented our son this past Spring. Bridget did an excellent job as our real estate agent. She gave us such attention, it was almost like we were the only house she was selling, even though she is quite busy. She did a lot to market our home, mailing post cards, listing on numerous websites, holding several open houses in which she always attended, etc. She also attended all of the showings, answering potential buyers' questions. She repeatedly gave us good advice. She is very friendly, yet not overbearing. We highly recommend her.

We were coming from out of town to purchase a house on a very tight timeline and arrived in inclement weather which meant that some of our showings cancelled on us. We found one house we really liked but there were two competing offers. Bridget gave us spot-on advice about what kind of offer we should make to beat out the competing bids and helped us set up financing over the Christmas holiday when our normal banks couldn't help us. She was very responsive throughout the process and helped guide us through the first-time home buying process with her extensive local knowledge and contacts.

Had a great experience with Bridget. Was doing all the research ourselves but it was Bridget who learned our tastes and sent us a brand new listing the day it went live, and not a minute too soon. We would have missed out on the house we ended up purchasing had Bridget not been on top of it.
