Thanks for clicking on my profile! Let's start by saying that I love being a Realtor and helping my clients! I'm an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Elite, a local, family-owned real estate company. I service the entire Fredericksburg area with a focus on King George and Colonial Beach, VA. I've been a Realtor for 35+ years and have earned a reputation as someone that will always give you the "straight scoop" and will always communicate promptly. You're the boss but you'll always know what's in my head and what I'm thinking when we're selling or buying a home.

Honored to have been President of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors in 2012 and have been awarded the Realtor of the Year, Spirit and Good Neighbor Awards and was a 2015 graduate of the prestigious Virginia Leadership Academy. In 2020, I was the recipient of the Virginia Good Neighbor Award.

On the personal side, he comes from Michigan and still loyally follow the Detroit Tigers and Lions fan. He has two, grown kids.
