Born and raised in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, Chloé is a lifelong Chicagoan who has an intimate understanding of the city’s diverse communities. Chloé draws upon her knowledge, to help guide her clients through the complexities of the real estate market. A graduate of the Latin School of Chicago, Chloé has French citizenship and is fluent in French and Spanish proficient. In 2013, she applied and was accepted to serve on the Global Real Estate & Emerging Markets Forum, which represents 12,500 members from all real estate specialties in the city of Chicago. Prior to real estate, Chloé Managed a team of over 60 employees as the Advertising, Marketing and social media Director of the Charles Ifergan Salons. Her father, Charles Ifergan, who started his chain of salons over 45 years ago, instilled in Chloé an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate at an early age.

Chloé currently resides in the Gold Coast and enjoys traveling the world, checking out Chicago’s amazing dining scene, reading a good fictional novel, and working-out. As giving back is important to her, she is a board member of the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation, which supports research and innovation towards Breast Cancer.
