Chris was absolutely amazing! I needed to find a property fairly quick. I found Chris, he called me back immediately. He was always available to show any property I wanted to see. Once I found a home he helped me through the process from beginning to end.
The professionalism and patience he showed in finding me a home was truly a blessing. When I was outbid on several properties, he gave encouragement that I would find the right home...and I did.

He owns his transactions from start to finish and doesn’t give up on his clients until they have found what they’re looking for. We met Chris through one of the big real estate sites - so didn't know him at all. We first met on a late Sunday afternoon in wretched cold rainy weather and he was amiable and professional throughout. These are hallmarks of his behavior: he's always on time, cordial and professional - a very hard worker and serious professional.

He helped us buy a house we closed on this past week and never once strayed from those characteristics. Additionally, he helped us identify local service providers to help with the many tasks one requires when buying a home. He went rather above and beyond I believe as we have a lot of work to do on this promising new house and he frequently arranged for us to access the site with potential contractors.

Chris was great with us, a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.
