Christine was an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly patient with our new home extensive list and after viewing 4 houses all across north Jersey, We found our forever home. The home was amazing but was two hours drive and way out of her way, but that did not matter Christine was very patient and supportive. She was there for every single appointment, and just as excited as we were, she was even there for every question or concern we had. She made the process of buying the house so easy. Her network of professionals really made a difference and the process went very smoothly. We highly recommend Christine and her agency of professionals.

I’ve had a few real estate agents over the past couple of years and Christine is by FAR the best I’ve ever worked with. What I appreciated most about working with her is how quickly she responded to my texts and phone calls. I always felt like we were working together towards my goals and that I was never alone. I have had agents in the past who would take over 4+ days to respond to my inquiries about properties, which, in today’s market, puts you at a great disadvantage to finding a house. Christine would respond within an hour at most. She was able to source an off-market property for me through her many channels of communication and connections to the communities she serves. I was able to close on a property at a price below market value. I can’t recommend Christine enough and I feel very fortunate to have met her and worked with her. I’m looking forward to working with her again in the future!

Where to begin? Have you ever heard anyone say the phrase "angels in disguise?" Well, quite simply I think they mean Christine Morford. This is a story of a "meant to be meeting" that led to the easiest most supported home buying experience that any first time home buyer could ever even wish for.

It starts in the summer of 2020 during the middle of a pandemic, where a couple (us) is increasingly unhappy in a rental and beginning the process of looking at homes in the Bayshore area to buy. Committed to one town, Atlantic Highlands, the search was on and yet the prospects looked rather bleak. Then on a beautiful summer day in July, an ambitious and friendly stranger stops by the rental house to inquire about homes coming up on to the market. Information was exchanged and friendly communication began. How did a realtor show up at our door? Many emails and phone conversations were exchanged thereafter - with speedy responses and supportive suggestions for the home buying process we thought we'd begin in the Spring of 2021.

But then... a perfect house in Atlantic Highlands came onto the market in early December 2020 and Christine was ON IT. Moving her schedule around to ensure we had the best possible opportunity to buy the home of our dreams. Christine was WITH us in the process and riding the emotional waves with steady guidance and confidence. This was unchartered territory for my husband and I - and as such we were SO grateful to have Christine on our side.

As luck and fate and probably the universe would have it, Christine helped up to broker a deal that led to the acceptance of our 2nd offer in just under two weeks - exactly. We closed on the home in early January 2021 and moved in by February. We still can't believe it!!

Words cannot express how grateful we were to have found this homebuying guide and guru. She came into our lives at just the right time. As we settle in this Spring to a home we didn't think we'd be in this soon, I am reminded of the message that God can sometimes only get here through others. We are all on this journey of life together and sometimes need a little boost from just the right person; one whose intentions are pure and - whose motivations are centered in a strong belief in YOU and the process. That is Christine in a nutshell.

She helped us find our home on the Jersey Shore - like a skilled sea captain navigating the changing tides and shifting seas. So we felt it only appropriate to get her a little token of our appreciation, a bracelet with an anchor on it. As she truly helped to anchor us through an exciting, nerve-wracking, and new experience in a very unprecedented time.
