DeAnna opened Capital Real Estate Services in 2013 with a focus on personal relationships, professional experience, integrity, and client services. Real estate specialties include assisting families going through divorce or death in liquidating their properties for the highest value possible, subdividing and taking raw land through the governing bodies of their county for development, staging empty homes and providing trades people to sellers that need help updating their properties.

DeAnna also partners with fellow realtor Dorie Mitchell, doing complete renovations/remodels of older homes, giving them new life and bringing higher value to neighboring homes after the process is completed. Commercial sales recently include the Princess Theater on the square, Highland Heights Church of Christ and two properties on Highway 109 purchased by ServePro and a Twice Daily C-Store. 2019 sales made DeAnna a recipient of the Diamond Award from EMTAR, the highest award given.
