Dianne Tupper

Dianne Tupper is as committed to her clients as she is passionate about the Hamptons. Raised on the East End, Dianne has lived in Hampton Bays since 1973 which has given her a great appreciation for where she lives and works. Dianne’s knowledge of the area is more than second nature, it's ingrained in her. As a Realtor, Dianne’s combination of expertise and personability has brought her and her clients great success in real estate.

Her top-notch communication skills and attention to detail ensure that her clients are kept informed, paperwork is up to date and scheduling is done with timeliness. Dianne is highly sensitive to her clients’ needs and goes above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent to meet and exceed their wishes.

With an administrative background in construction, having worked for her husband’s construction company—Richard Tupper Construction Corp.—for about 30 years, Dianne has developed a critical eye for understanding a home’s condition which enables her to advise her clients on possible or necessary home improvements. In addition, Dianne has a network of local trade workers and contractors that she can recommend when needed.

A current resident of Hampton Bays with her husband and two daughters, Dianne is partial to the town for its waterfront restaurants, picturesque Ponquogue Beach, and access to three magnificent bays for swimming, fishing and boating—Tiana and Shinnecock on the south side of town and Peconic on the north. She loves her hometown and all it has to offer.
