Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Kelly and Dominai are very professional as well as personable. Our stresses were high as (all) our criteria needed to be met. Kelly is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system! ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see, Kelly moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Dominai and her team are amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it!

If you really love a house and want it? especially during this Covid market? Chad Reeves is the guy you should talk to. He will do EVERYTHING possible to get you the house and will continue to work with everyone involved in the process to make sure you get what you want. He will also guide you to have realistic expectations so you truly understand what you are getting into. His relationship with his clients does not end with closing…he will continue to make sure you are making the best possible decisions so you can live in your dream home peacefully. Kelly Skelton was my realtor. In this crazy housing market nobody would take the time to answer questions I had on properties I would see online but then I met Kelly! I didn’t have an agent and she just kind of fell from the sky into my lap. Thankfully :). She was ontop of every new listing that fit my criteria. She was like having my own personal search engine and I didn’t have to do anything. She got me in my dream home and I will be forever grateful ! In Apr 2019 Dominai and her team helped us find our 1st house. From the time we picked out our lot and plan and then made all our selections for styles and colors someone was with us the whole way. Dominai Webb is the most dedicated, knowledgable, and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. Selecting her as our agent is the only reason our family is living in our dream home today. Dominai worked diligently to sell our home as quickly as possible. She negotiated with potential buyers agents, followed up with every single agent who showed our home, and provided us with invaluable advice. She let us know exactly what were reasonable expectations in the current market. She also negotiated a fabulous selling price for our home. We walked selling our home for a greater value than we had expected. That is a fantastic feeling. An even better feeling was having Dominai find us our dream home. She listened to what we wanted in a home and she set out to find it for us! We did not know where to look , but her knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods, and builders honed in on the perfect location. Once she found the neighborhood, it was just a matter of finding the right house at the perfect price. Dominai communicated with the selling agent closely and worked it to where we were able to purchase our house at the exact price we wanted to pay. What we ended up paying for the house was 70k less than the asking price. Without Dominai working and negotiating on our behalf it would have never happened. During the time Dominai was our agent we quickly learned how well respected and connected she is in the real estate community. Loan officers, closing attorneys, fellow agents, and builders all complimented Dominai. Everyone we came across spoke highly of her professionalism and diligence. Dominai Webb is outstanding in her profession.
