Emran is THE BEST agent in town, without a doubt one of the very best realtors in the Bronx. (Especially, for Bangladeshi or any other Southeast Asian community members who may not know him, I would highly recommend using him due to his vast knowledge and passion in real estate).

Any questions, big or small, he will answer for us almost immediately. We appreciate this so much considering the current state of housing market and dealing with him out of state. He also has such good team of people to recommend, and without him, we wouldn’t have sold our house for top dollar. We will be recommending him to all of our friends and family members for sure!!

We bought our first home through him. A true gentleman who values his clients a lot. He showed us different types of house almost for one year and then we liked one at last, and he made it possible to make that ours. And the best thing is, where in this castle hill neughborhood, the prices of the properties are skyrocketing, Emran bhai negotiated with the seller and surprisingly he managed to reduce the price by $10 thousand dollar. He is the best in the business and highly professional and helpful.

My experience with Emran was mostly positive. The pics of the apartment that he helped me obtain were spot on, he also walked me and the landlord seamlessly thru lease signing and answered all of our concerns that we had. Most importantly Emran Demonstrated that he's extremely honest with the money you entrust him with. Overall Emran demonstrated himself to be an excellent agent, beside a little bit of drama that could of been avoided with a little flexibility and understanding on his part, he did great.
