Garrett Holloway

Garrett Holloway began his real estate career on the commercial side of the business, spending 14 years with Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. While there, he learned both the fundamentals of real estate as well as a strong focus on client service. His foray into the residential market began almost 10 years ago when he began acquiring properties, maximizing their value and/or developing through his investment business, GAH Ventures.

With his background and experience, Garrett makes a great advocate for both buyers and sellers in the Dallas area. He brings an analytical approach to the market, deep knowledge of Dallas’ strongest neighborhoods, a strategic approach to transactions and unparalleled service to his clients. Those he has worked with would say that he is knowledgeable, honest, strategic and diligent.

The Texas native has spent almost 20 years in Dallas. He graduated from SMU with a degree in advertising and psychology, so he understands how to market properties. He also has an MBA in real estate finance from the University of Texas, so he understands value and financing strategies.

Garrett has lived in the Devonshire neighborhood for more than 10 years. He knows that market well in addition to the surrounding areas including Highland Park, University Park, Greenway Parks, Preston Hollow, Bluffview and Lakewood.

When he is not working with clients or busy with an investment property, Garrett enjoys playing blackjack in Vegas, traveling the globe, fine cuisine in Dallas’ best restaurants and a little reality TV.
