Harry helped us sell our aunt and uncle's home in Hamden after we moved them to assisted living. They had lived in the home for 55 years, and parting with it wasn't easy but Harry's understanding and expertise made it a positive experience. He is creative at problem solving, works tirelessly, and referred us to a wonderful clean-out company who felt like friends helping, and a lawyer who handled things seamlessly. You won't go wrong with this man at the helm.

I have been a licensed Home Inspector for 20 years and have worked with many Realtors. I have found Harry to go the extra mile in serving his clients. He is informative and personable and easy going with his clients during the stress of buying of a house. Once he came to my house to check on me as I had missed a scheduled inspection appointment. I couldn’t possibly have asked for a better realtor. Harry has been amazing through the entire process of my search and purchase of a new home. I was very intimidated by the process, especially with the housing market being as crazy as it is these days, but Harry made everything so easy for me and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. He is extremely on top of things and moves very quickly with taking any necessary steps, so I didn’t have to worry about things not moving quickly enough during a time when houses usually sell almost immediately after going on the market. In addition to Harry being phenomenal at his job, he’s also a great and caring person. He took the time to get to know me and my situation and has made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. Harry was also open to me using my own choices for a mortgage broker, lawyer for closing, inspector, and so on, but he had recommendations of people he has a history of working with and trusts ready for me in case I needed it. I’ve been so happy with Harry that I took his recommendations and couldn’t possibly be happier with the entire team of people I’ve been working with. There may be other good realtors out there but there can’t possibly be anyone better than Harry. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor; stop shopping around and give him a call, you won’t regret it!

I used Harry to sell my condo and to buy a house. Harry follows through, each and every time. He applies no pressure. He will express his opinion and he will listen to yours; and he always remembers that you are the customer. For an entire year, he sent me floor plans whenever I asked and never insisted I go see a single house. AND he always got the floor plans for me; most realtors don't. I have also asked for his recommendations--each time the company he suggested has worked out. He knew a good moving company, a tile repair person, various inspectors, an insurance agent, and so forth. I recommend Harry without reservation.

My wife and I were moving from Virginia to Connecticut with very little knowledge of the Greater Hartford area. Harry was able to describe the different towns and help us determine the town that best suits us and where we would be most comfortable. His knowledge of Connecticut, the home buying process, and what to watch out for saved us both time and money. Harry always answered the phone (or at least called back every time) and attended all important meetings/home visits. I would highly recommend Harry to anyone looking for an agent.
